The Opportunity: KBR is seeking a Project Support Specialist to support the Clothing Sustainment Program Office (CLOSPO). This role is responsible for managing small Defence projects end-to-end — from planning and execution through to introduction into service and transition to sustainment. Working closely with Defence stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved policies, schedules and budgets, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational outcomes. All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance. Only candidates holding a NV1 Clearance or above should apply. Responsibilities: Plan and manage small projects from initiation through to handover to sustainment Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources and risks Monitor and control project performance against cost, schedule and quality targets Maintain regular engagement with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations Provide clear updates on project progress and proactively address issues or risks Build strong working relationships with Defence stakeholders and internal teams Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and records Apply industry knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement As the ideal candidate you will bring: Qualifications in Project Management A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project management role Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices Experience using project management tools and software Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a broader program team All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
