Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist $60,000 - $90,000 Super | Remote Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist to join a growing and dynamic organisation within the electrical and technology space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting customers, and working with technical products in a hands-on environment. You will be the key point of contact for customers and electricians, providing exceptional service while also supporting technical installations, troubleshooting, and system performance. About the Role In this varied role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while also providing remote and on-site technical support as required. You'll work closely with internal engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive practical, timely, and effective solutions.
