About the Role As a Site Leader , you will lead a passionate local team to deliver outstanding results for Workforce Australia participants. You'll play a pivotal role in driving performance, coaching team members, building strong employer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Performance Lead, coach and empower Employment Consultants and Customer Service Officers. Build capability through coaching, mentoring and performance development. Foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with our One Connected Team philosophy. Manage performance, ensure KPIs are met/exceeded and drive continuous improvement. Employer & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain relationships with employers, community organisations and training providers. Create strong employer pipelines, secure sustainable job opportunities and promote diversity hiring. Represent Mas National at industry events and local forums. Maintain strong collaboration across the wider IntoWork Group. Service Excellence & Compliance Oversee delivery of Workforce Australia contract requirements. Monitor key performance data and implement corrective actions where needed. Manage complaints and feedback in line with DEWR and IntoWork processes. Ensure caseload allocation supports participant outcomes. Uphold Quality Assurance, Right Fit for Risk and organisational standards. Operational Leadership Ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Identify trends, analyse data and develop best practice solutions. Drive innovation to enhance service models and performance outcomes. About You You're a strategic, people‑centric leader who thrives on helping others achieve meaningful results. You bring strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for community impact. You will bring: Experience leading high‑performing teams in Employment Services, training or similar. Strong B2B recruitment or employer engagement experience. Ability to build strong customer and employer relationships. Exceptional communication, resilience and problem‑solving skills. Proven success working in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments. High computer literacy and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
