The Role: We are seeking a passionate and insightful Diversity, Inclusion and Employee Experience Advisor to help shape a workplace where people feel included, respected and empowered to do their best work. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the organisation to bring our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy to life, strengthen organisational culture and drive meaningful improvements in employee engagement. Reporting to the Team Leader – Talent and Experience, this is an enterprise wide advisory role that blends strategy, data, coaching and hands on delivery. Key responsibilities include:• Partner with leaders and teams to build DEI capability and translate strategy into practical, impactful culture and engagement actions.• Provide expert advisory support on diversity, equity, inclusion and employee experience matters across the organisation.• Lead the planning, administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms to strengthen culture and leader effectiveness.• Drive the implementation of DEI initiatives, working groups and organisational culture programs in collaboration with key stakeholders.• Lead and support Gender Impact Assessments and Gender Equality Action Plans, including leader capability uplift and progress monitoring.• Leverage workforce insights, internal and external data and best practice to inform inclusive people strategies and continuous improvement.• Prepare high‑quality reporting and insights for leaders, executive and governing bodies to support decision‑making and compliance.• Support governance, record‑keeping, health, safety and wellbeing obligations in line with organisational policies and values. Your Profile:To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong combination of DEI expertise, influencing capability and a passion for creating inclusive, high‑performing workplaces. You will demonstrate: • Sound knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion principles, including relevant Human Rights and Equal Opportunity legislation.• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders to drive cultural change and embed inclusive practices.• Experience designing and delivering organisation‑wide culture, engagement or DEI initiatives, translating strategy into action.• Strong data literacy, with the ability to analyse workforce and engagement data and turn insights into practical recommendations.• Well‑developed stakeholder partnering skills, with a collaborative, co‑creation mindset across diverse teams.• A genuine personal commitment to inclusion, resilience in navigating complex issues, and the ability to see and value diverse perspectives.
