Scrum Master - Permanent - Sydney Location: Sydney Type: Permanent Start date: ASAP (urgent) Working rights: must be an Australian permanent resident or Australian Citizen About We are partnering with an innovative, fast-growing technology organisation seeking an experienced Scrum Master to help drive Agile delivery across high-performing teams. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping team ways of working, enabling collaboration, and supporting the delivery of impactful outcomes in a dynamic, modern environment. Responsibilities Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews Coach and mentor team members in Scrum principles and Agile best practices Identify and remove blockers and bottlenecks to ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment, transparency, and prioritisation Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to broader delivery and operational needs as required Experience Proven track record as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments Strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement practices Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Confidence working across multidisciplinary teams and engaging with external stakeholders Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or similar) is highly regarded Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence Why Apply This role offers the chance to join a forward-thinking organisation working on meaningful, large-scale initiatives with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and growth.
