About the role The South West Local Health Service Network (SW LHSN) is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate and deliver a portfolio of clinical and corporate projects across the South West Local Health Service Network. Working closely with the Network Director, Health Service CEOs and key stakeholders, the role provides program oversight and leads priority initiatives aligned to strategic objectives. This position supports integrated service delivery and contributes to safe, high-quality and sustainable healthcare for South West communities. Position overview Employment Type: Full time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly ADO Fixed term - ending 31 June 2028 Location: Warrnambool Campus - with travel across network sites as required Classification: Administration Grade 6 Salary: $110,479.20 pro rata, plus superannuation What you bring The successful applicant will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have experience leading projects or programs in health, government or large organisational environments. Experience in clinical settings or corporate improvement initiatives is highly regarded. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and project management skills, with the ability to manage change, deliver quality outcomes and manage competing priorities.
