Join our dynamic Information Technology branch Be supported in your career progression with development opportunities Enjoy a healthy work life balance with options to work flexibly About the role: As the Security Operations Analyst, you will provide hands-on technical expertise and first-line defence in the day-to-day monitoring, analysis and response to cyber security risks and incidents across Parks Victoria's IT environment. This includes day-to-day administration of cyber tools, including email filtering, endpoint protection, secure internet gateway and identity systems, in close coordination with IT infrastructure services and vendors. We're looking for someone with: Experience in ICT security operations, monitoring or system administration. Tertiary qualification in information technology, cyber security or related field. Understanding of frameworks such as VPDSF, ISO 27001 or NIST. Demonstrated hands-on experience managing or tuning security tools such as Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, or equivalent SIEM/SOC platforms.
