They are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end, executive properties. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations, ensure properties are impeccably maintained, and build strong relationships with landlords to deliver outstanding service. Fantastic team culture with genuine work-life balance Continuous training and development with some of the industry’s best trainers The Role: Oversee a clean portfolio of up to 250 properties with support Handle banking and trust accounts for the portfolio Build strong relationships between landlords and tenants Arrange and oversee property repairs and maintenance Manage rent reviews and lease renewals, ensuring optimal returns for property owners Schedule and complete routine inspections, as well as assist with ingoing and outgoing inspections when needed Prepare for and represent the tribunal when required You’ll have: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management within real estate Strong communicator who takes initiative and solves problems effectively Team player with a positive, professional attitude Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail If you’re ready to step into a role with impact, support, and genuine career potential — we’d love to hear from you.
