We are partnering with a boutique but rapidly expanding Asset and Facilities Management consulting organisation, seeking an enthusiastic junior/graduate to join their dynamic team. In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise in asset management, facilities management, and asset auditing to support a diverse range of clients, from prisons and hospitals to universities and commercial properties. You might come from an asset auditing, building construction, facilities, engineering or trade background looking for a new pathway! Be based in Victoria, and work across multiple exciting projects and sites. This can range anywhere within Metro and Regional Victoria, through to short-term interstate projects and travel (accommodation, meals, flights etc. covered by the company) Your Key Responsibilities will include: Undertaking visual assessments of properties to assist with asset register data collection, condition ratings, analysis, and guidance using an asset data capture platform. Provide informed Asset Management advisory across multiple asset classes such as student accommodation, mining, commercial etc. Perform visual building inspections and note building damages, defects, repairs needed. A willingness to travel and sight-see Australia! There will be interstate travel involved (paid by the company) Collaborative nature to work as part of a team on projects. The ability to pass a national police check and attain a Victorian WWCC. Access to a vehicle and a drivers license will be required.
