The construction team of nine is being nurtured by a senior leader in the business. It's a flat structure in this team and the wider business. They don't hire often, because people don't often leave. The role – day to day Day to day will change as the role develops and you establish yourself in the group. You’ll be broadly covering the duties below: Conduct site inspections Review engineering designs for constructability Managing construction phase of projects – mostly land development. Contract admin Issue notifications to Water Authorities & Contractors to enable works Liaise with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, relevant Authorities And Support the other construction engineers with their work Mentor, guide and advise the team (impart your learning) Support the developing culture of the group All about you We seek someone with experience in a similar position from a Victorian consultancy.
