This role is responsible for making sure the AFL is maximising its presence in schools to ensure high quality football experiences are accessible for every school across Australia.   A DAY IN THE LIFE OF  Lead the development of a consistent & innovative suite of promotional activities and experiences for staff to deliver to students in schools to drive attraction into Auskick, Superkick, Community football and AFL Nines Develop an optimal range and progression of program options to suit varying levels of ability, skill development, and engagement across P â 10 Year Levels Work with States and Territories to support the process around strategic mapping of school  activity to maximise participation outcomes Partner with external education specialists to increase reach to HPE teachers for School membership program and school resources Support State & Territories participation teams to develop framework for professional learning opportunities for pre-service HPE and generalist teachers.
