Position: Site Manager – Commercial Location: Perth Metro (NOR & SOR) Salary: $200K Super TEN Recruitment is partnering with a respected Tier 2 commercial builder delivering major projects across Perth. With multiple $50M developments commencing, they are seeking experienced Site Managers to take full control of site delivery on complex commercial builds. This is a true site-lead role—hands-on, autonomous, and supported by solid systems, capable project teams, and a builder that backs its Site Managers. The Role You’ll lead construction from early works through to completion, coordinating trades, maintaining programme discipline, and driving safety and quality outcomes across large, active sites.
