The Role: Supervise civil construction activities, including bulk & detailed earthworks, access roads, and site preparation. Be familiar with construction components and statutory requirements. Plan work activities and identify hazards and controls in consultation with employees. Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections and project scheduling and deadlines. Execute the construction portion of project plans through detailed planning and day-to-day direction of field activities. Conduct and record site inspections and risk assessments (including Hazard ID, risk analysis and control) Communicate and report on HSE issues/incidents (e.g. toolbox meetings) and participate in the resolution of HSE issues. About You: To be successful in the role you will possess the following: Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in construction FMG Inducted Valid driver's licence WA Statutory Supervisor S26 Qualification Demonstrated experience performing detailed & bulk civil earthworks Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills If your experience matches the above criteria, please apply.
