Job Description As a Senior Manager in Business Services, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of private clients and SME groups, acting as the primary relationship lead. Your role will be a blend of technical review, advisory, and people leadership, with support from capable senior accountants and intermediates. Key responsibilities include: Managing and reviewing business services and tax compliance work Acting as the main client contact, providing trusted advisory support Mentoring and developing senior and intermediate accountants Working closely with partners on workflow, resourcing, and client strategy Contributing to process improvement and practice growth initiatives This is a hands-on manager role with strong admin and team support, allowing you to focus on high-value work rather than volume processing. Successful Applicant You will ideally have: CA or CPA qualification 7 years’ experience in Australian public practice (Business Services / Tax) Proven experience managing client portfolios and reviewing team work Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with business owners A collaborative mindset and interest in long-term career progression Candidates at Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up are encouraged to apply.
