Purpose: As part of our Conferences & Events team, you’ll help bring memorable events to life by delivering high-quality, professional service with energy and passion. From set-up through to pack-down, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating seamless events, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience in a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver warm, knowledgeable and professional service to guests, ensuring an exceptional event experience from arrival to departure Set up, operate and pack down conference and event spaces, supporting smooth and well-executed events Provide efficient food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs and maintaining strong product and wine knowledge Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety across event spaces, equipment and stock Support the wider team with opening and closing duties, guest direction, maintenance reporting and collaboration to ensure seamless service Skills and Experience Current RSA Certificate Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
