Sales Representative – Lead Generation & Qualification We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to support our sales team by generating, qualifying, and booking high-quality leads. Key responsibilities Generate leads through street and local shop outreach, outbound calls, texts, DMs, referrals, and reactivation of past leads Build business affiliations in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Sales Consultant Qualify prospects and book appointments for sales consultations Close simple, approved offers when trained Handoff complex or high-value opportunities with clear notes and context Maintain accurate CRM records for all activities and follow-ups What we’re looking for Confident communicator with strong people skills Results-driven and comfortable with high-volume outreach Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with CRM updates Previous sales or lead generation experience is an advantage What we offer Casual contract: $31.19/hour superannuation sales commissions Training, support, and clear pathways for progression Dynamic, performance-focused environment
