We're seeking a Principal Gen AI Specialist to help us capture this generational moment in the Australian market. This is a leadership role where you'll shape and execute Gen AI strategies, drive cross-functional collaboration, and directly influence market success. What You'll Do As a Principal Gen AI Specialist, you will partner with Major Area leadership to define and execute Go-To-Market priorities for Gen AI across the integrated ServiceNow Platform. You'll be a strategic advisor, a coach, and a hands-on contributor to our most important pursuits. Drive growth strategy: Develop and execute regional Gen AI growth plans in collaboration with Field Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Alliances & Channels, Professional Services, and Sales Operations. Own the pipeline: Build, manage, and report on Gen AI forecast and pipeline in close partnership with Major Area leadership. Elevate the team: Coach core teams to identify Gen AI opportunities and navigate complex sales cycles with deep solution expertise. Build partner capability: Work with our Partner and Channel organisation to establish sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through models for Gen AI in your territory. Shape best practices: Establish and drive sales excellence including reference accounts, demand generation, repeatable sales plays, enablement, and partner activation. Engage at C-level: Champion large deals and ensure success through direct engagement with executive stakeholders. Be the expert: Serve as a trusted advisor for Executive Briefing Centres and represent ServiceNow at sales and market conferences. Stay ahead of the market: Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform product direction and leadership decisions.
