About the role: Contract role until September 2026 offered as hybrid - 3 days WFO / 2 days WFH Monday to Friday working hours This role can be performed from any TFE location across Australia and New Zealand Reporting to the Dayforce Operations Manager responsibilities include: System Support & Improvement Provide Level 1 & 2 Dayforce support via People Support inbox Deliver high‑quality, timely support with a strong customer‑service focus Respond to queries clearly and professionally via email and Microsoft Teams Build Dayforce subject matter expertise and drive continuous system improvement Support maintenance and simplification of organisational structures in Dayforce Conduct data and process audits, identify system “pain points” and implement solutions Execute system testing and document outcomes HR Operations Administration Review and improve HR and Dayforce operational processes Optimise efficiency across Recruitment, New Hire and Onboarding Recommend enhancements across Core HR, Recruitment and Onboarding activities Assist in the implementation of new modules Performance, Compensation and Succession Planning About you: To be successful in this role, you will bring: A minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting HRIS systems (Dayforce experience highly regarded) Proven involvement in the successful execution of at least one HRIS system implementation A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data integrity The ability to design, optimise and enhance end‑to‑end HR processes for maximum efficiency Strong capability in documenting processes, conducting thorough system testing, and validating outcomes Well‑developed problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and deliver practical solutions A self‑starter who can work independently and take ownership of outcomes Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects A strong customer service mindset and genuine passion for supporting and helping team members Excellent communication skills in English, including written, verbal and active listening capabilities A friendly, professional demeanour with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Exposure to Dayforce HRIS modules including Payroll, Workforce Management, Core HR, Recruiting and Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning and Position Management (desirable) Unrestricted working rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorship Why TFE Hotels: TFE is a company that empowers its team members to shape our business and how we work.
