As our Organisational Capability Partner, you’ll design and deliver impactful learning solutions while leading organisation‑wide development and change initiatives aligned to strategic priorities. About The Role As the Organisational Capability Partner, you will play a key role in building the capability of our workforce and enabling cultural and organisational change. You will design, develop, deliver and facilitate contemporary learning programs that support the successful delivery of the Learning and Development Plan, while leading and managing a range of organisational development and change initiatives. Working closely with leaders and business units across Council, you will ensure solutions are practical, impactful and aligned to strategic and operational priorities. In this role, you will provide strategic and technical advice across learning, organisational development and workforce capability, with a strong focus on leadership development, performance, talent and succession, engagement and culture. You will design and facilitate internal development programs, manage learning and people‑focused projects, engage and oversee internal and external service providers, and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of learning initiatives. You will also monitor contemporary HR and organisational development trends, analyse data and reporting to inform decisions, and ensure professional, confidential and customer‑focused service at all times.
