About the Opportunity As our Solution Architect, you will be a key contributor to ACH Group’s Digital and Business Transformation agenda. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will design and guide the delivery of contemporary, value-adding solutions that support strategic objectives and enhance customer experience. You will maintain ACH Group’s Business Capability Model, drive solution and integration design, and provide leadership and oversight to internal teams and external vendors. Your work will influence technology direction, reduce technical debt, shape roadmaps, and ensure that solutions are aligned with architectural principles and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of ACH Group’s organisational strategy and transformation roadmap. Shape and inform technology direction through contemporary solution architecture. Build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the business. Report on architectural alignment, technical debt and solution performance. Customer Experience Champion a customer-focused approach in all solution design activities. Engage directly with digital service users to understand needs and feedback. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive continuous improvement. Architecture, Design & Delivery Maintain ACH Group’s Business Capability Model and architectural frameworks. Provide guidance for integration services aligned to architecture principles. Support solution delivery to ensure quality, timeliness and budget adherence. Design innovative and scalable technology solutions that enable transformation. Contemporary & Value-Driven Solutions Conduct technology assessments, market scans and solution option analyses. Produce high-quality solution designs and technical documentation. Govern and oversee technical delivery by internal teams and third-party vendors. Identify system issues and communicate solutions clearly to diverse audiences. Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors and industry partners. Promote consistent, professional and seamless customer experience. Maintain high standards of work, compliance and safety. Provide coaching and foster a pragmatic, outcome-focused team culture. About You: Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT or related discipline. Satisfactory National Criminal History Check (within 12 months). Current driver’s licence. Essential Experience Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in a medium–large organisation with complex platforms. Demonstrated success embedding enterprise and solution architecture practices. Strong stakeholder management and technical strategy development capability. Broad knowledge of contemporary technology platforms, architecture models and infrastructure. Desirable Experience: Salesforce platform and application development. Integration using MuleSoft or SSIS. Master data management. Microsoft modern endpoint and infrastructure management.
