About the role You’re a hands-on IT professional who loves solving problems, improving systems, and delivering awesome support experiences. Duties include Provide technical support for IT project rollouts and day-to-day operations. Manage regional system backups, server patching, and maintenance of end-user devices. Maintain and update critical systems, including Active Directory, SentinelOne, TeamViewer, and infrastructure firmware. Monitor IT systems and maintain accurate records of infrastructure assets. Support continuous improvement initiatives within IT systems and provide training to staff. Travel to MCC sites across the region to deliver on-site IT support as required. About you At least 5 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration, with a strong service mindset. Solid technical expertise across MS Windows Server 2019 and above, desktop operating systems, Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Intune, VMware, Veeam, and AWS. Hands-on experience with networking hardware including switches, patch panels, access points (Cisco Meraki a bonus), and troubleshooting print infrastructure. Confident communication skills - able to translate complex technical issues into easy-to-understand guidance. Background in a manufacturing environment is highly valued and will help you hit the ground running. Support IT operations on-site at multiple regional facilities as required.
