Full time, permanent opportunity Work on a variety of exciting tasks using contemporary technologies Friendly, inclusive and welcoming culture The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent, ICT Support Officer to join the ICT team at Catholic Education South Australia (CESA). You’ll be working with a variety of technology and helping to provide on-site support to multiple schools. The technology you will work with is diverse, making this a dynamic role with the opportunity to develop your skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site support and service to staff and students across multiple schools. Ensure all assigned support requests are promptly resolved (Level 1 and 2 support). Provide incident response and incident diagnostic and resolution support for users and incidents raised. Deploy, configure, upgrade and support devices including but not limited to desktops, laptops, tablets and peripherals. Install, configure, upgrade and support services including, but not limited to, operating software (MacOS, iOS and Windows), applications and systems (including Microsoft 365 and JAMF ). About You: You’ll be a great fit within the ICT Support Officer role if you have a customer centric approach, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll need: ICT experience in similar role, with exposure to a broad range of technologies Experience with and sound knowledge of general operating systems and software’s (Apple and Microsoft technologies). Expertise in problem solving and troubleshooting A strong ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals Record of delivering quality service to users Relevant qualifications and industry certifications will be advantageous A current driver’s licence The successful candidates will be required to undergo our screening process, which includes a Working with Children Check, E-Screen, Applicant Declaration Form and RRHAN.
