The Opportunity: Join the Food & Beverage team at Crystalbrook Flynn, where you will be part of a team delivering bold flavours, creative cocktails and memorable dining experiences! As a Food & Beverage Guide, you will bring confidence, professionalism and presence to every service. In addition to delivering attentive, polished service, you will act as a trusted on-shift lead - setting the tone, supporting team members and providing guidance and escalation support when leaders are not on the floor. This is a casual role offering 8-16 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. The Talent: You are an experienced, guest-focused hospitality professional who leads through presence and professionalism. You are confident taking ownership on shift, supporting others, and upholding standards in a fast-moving service environment. You will bring: Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally within a hotel, resort or quality dining venue highly regarded Strong beverage knowledge, including cocktails and wine service Previous experience in guiding service flow, supporting team members and upholding service standards during peak periods Excellent communication skills with a calm, guest-first approach Immaculate personal presentation and professional polish Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays Why Us: You will work alongside exceptional people in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment.
