The Opportunity: Join the Food & Beverage team at Crystalbrook Flynn, where you will be part of a team delivering bold flavours, creative cocktails and memorable dining experiences! As a Food & Beverage Guide, you will bring confidence, professionalism and presence to every service. In addition to delivering attentive, polished service, you will act as a trusted on-shift lead - setting the tone, supporting team members and providing guidance and escalation support when leaders are not on the floor. This is a casual role offering 8-16 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. The Talent: You are an experienced, guest-focused hospitality professional who leads through presence and professionalism. You are confident taking ownership on shift, supporting others, and upholding standards in a fast-moving service environment.
