About the Role This is a permanent, full-time payroll opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys autonomy and ownership of the full end-to-end payroll function. You will operate as the sole payroll specialist, managing weekly payroll for approximately 270 employees across multiple awards. Key Responsibilities End-to-end weekly payroll for ~270 employees using Micropay Managing payroll tax, superannuation, and workers’ compensation Handling pay adjustments, reconciliations, and payroll reporting Onboarding new employees and setting them up in the payroll system Responding to payroll queries with confidence and professionalism Operating as the standalone payroll function for the business Providing additional support across finance as required About You Proven end-to-end payroll experience, ideally in a standalone role Strong communication skills Happy to work fully on-site in Notting Hill Micropay experience is desirable but not essential Exposure to time & attendance systems (e.g. BioTime or similar) is an advantage What’s on Offer Permanent full-time position Immediate start available Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 A true standalone payroll role with autonomy and ownership
