The business has achieved 40% year-on-year growth for the last 8 years, offering strong stability and long-term earning potential. A trailing commission structure is in place, with top performers earning in excess of $400,000 per year after 4 years with the company! They recently underwent a Market Research study and found that they still have an addressable market of 100,000 customers across Australia! As an integral part of the team, your duties will include but not be limited to: Not afraid to pick up the phone and call Prospecting your own commercial, industrial, logistics and manufacturing leads Building and managing relationships with key decision-makers Negotiating and structuring bespoke commercial solutions to align with your customers’ operational and financial needs Sharing insights with other team members and participating in team events Life at the company Uncapped commission structure Team events ranging from lunches to winery tours Monthly budget for each staff member for self-development Regular coaching sessions and workshops from a supportive leadership team About You Along with a love for sales and working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, you will have: A results-driven mindset, competitive nature and a strong ability to consistently achieve KPIs 2 years B2B sales experience – they are open to all industries and will teach you!
