The Role Assist in the preparation of cost plans, budgets and tender submissions for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects Support senior team members in estimating, risk management, and profitable project delivery Collaborate with Project Managers, Directors, and Business Development staff to produce competitive bids Help manage subcontractor pricing, trade engagement, and tender documentation Contribute to value engineering assessments and risk identification Participate in pre-submission reviews and handover to project delivery teams What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Some experience in estimating, project administration, or pre-construction within commercial construction or fit-out projects Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, professional environment Why Join?
