We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Site Administrator to support the business at our Cadia mine site near Orange, NSW. Our Cadia operation is an established operation that offers longevity and a great working environment. The Site Administrator role is accountable for all operational administration duties: coordinating all travel and logistics for the site team, payroll and leave management, maintaining rosters for all sites, document control, mobilisations for new starters and coordinating induction and training requirements. In addition, you will maintain employee files and coordinate relief to ensure full manning for site. Unfortunately, camp accommodation is not available – so this role would suit candidate residing locally for a DIDO role. Duties to include: Liaise with and take direction from the Manager Operations and Superintendents on all administrative tasks Ongoing management and auditing of fortnightly payroll process Ensure ease of communication between a large number of stakeholders Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet Client deadlines Effective communication with Client mobilisation teams to ensure all requirements are met prior to employees arriving on site Monthly reports on workforce personnel to be provided to Clients Liaise with the People Services Department in regard to any changes or issues Administration and tracking of Master Pressure Gauge Compliance across the entire Otraco Division Constantly update and maintain Organisational Chart Focus on continuous improvement to help reduce overheads and improve efficiencies Drafting Change of Conditions paperwork as required, seek management approval and forward to People Services as well as updating Change of Conditions register Company credit card reconciliation Follow up and processing of leave forms Reconciliation of invoices including resolutions as required Raising Purchase Orders as required in line with Company Policy Comply with legislation and both Otraco and Client requirements Management of vehicles About you The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated relevant administrative experience in a similar role Experience in a mining or busy contracting company Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with multiple employees at all levels Self-motivated who can work autonomously Ability to multitask with excellent time management Result orientated with excellent attention to detail Understanding of payroll systems and processes would be highly desirable Strong software experience in JDE, MS Office, internet, and travel systems What we offer Competitive remuneration super benefits Mon - Fri Role, 9 hrs days/45 hrs per week Opportunity to become part of market leading organisation dedicated to nurturing their people, personally and professionally A supportive and dynamic team environment Numerous financial, lifestyle, health and wellbeing benefits including salary sacrifice options, novated leasing, discounts, and support programs
