Job Description Permanent, Full Time The Role The Traineeship Project Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of traineeship programs at Connect n Grow RTO. This role ensures trainees, host employers, trainers, and stakeholders are supported throughout the traineeship lifecycle. In this role, you will: Coordinate and deliver end-to-end traineeship programs, from onboarding and induction through to completion Monitor trainee progress, attendance, and performance, identifying at-risk learners and implementing timely support strategies Build and maintain effective relationships with host employers, coordinating workplace visits and progress reviews Providing high level customer Service as the key contact for Connect n Grow for all Corporate Traineeship Partners Assist with the coordination of health hubs/training sites across Queensland Liaise with employers and trainers to ensure workplace training requirements, locations, equipment, and resources are in place Ensure traineeship program compliance with ASQA standards, training packages, funding contracts, and reporting requirements Maintain accurate records and documentation, supporting audits and continuous improvement activities
