Job Description The Digital Product Manager plays a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital products that align with broader business goals. This role combines user-centric thinking, commercial awareness, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure products deliver measurable value to customers and the organisation. In this role you will: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap that aligns with TAL's growth objectives and broader business goals, identifying opportunities where emerging technologies including AI can create customer and business value. Conduct user research, synthesise market trends, competitor analysis and industry developments into actionable insights. Identify and evaluate AI use cases that solve customer problems or enhance product experiences through automation, personalisation and intelligent decision-making. Lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery phases, collaborating with design, engineering and QA to test assumptions, design experiments and iterate on solutions. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products from conception through to retirement, ensuring digital products deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with Partnerships and Business teams to develop and execute product launch strategies, driving adoption through clear positioning and value communication. Build and maintain strategic relationships across internal teams (Partnerships, Proposition, Risk, Architecture, other delivery teams) and external partners (administrators, superannuation partners, third-party providers). Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes. Contribute to improving our robust digital infrastructure including analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, API ecosystems and personalisation engines.
