Job Description Job description As the Senior Manager, Growth Strategy and Operations, you will drive insight-led growth by turning market and customer data into clear, timely Go-To-Market (GTM) decisions. You will offer Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams a holistic view of revenue and retention growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities include: Revenue Funnel & Attribution: Own full-funnel reporting and lead the Marketing attribution platform to ensure accurate reporting on ROI and CAC efficiency. Performance Insights: Proactively investigate anomalies and run recurring reviews of pipeline quality, velocity, and deal size with leadership. Campaign & ABM Analytics: Partner with Sales and Marketing to measure GTM impact and lead ABM reporting at account and company levels. AI-Native Workflows: In partnership with ML Ops, develop and embed AI-native workflows that automate analysis and surface buyer signals. Strategy & Planning: Model sales and adoption forecasts versus spend and contribute to quarterly target setting and budget discussions. Desired Skills and Experience Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: 8 years' experience across Marketing Analytics, Marketing/Revenue Operations, or Insights within the B2B SaaS/Tech sector. Demonstrated expertise in full-funnel reporting and attribution across CRM, MAP, and BI tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Hockeystack. A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex market and financial data into commercial forecasts and strategic recommendations. Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. AI curiosity and hands-on experience applying $AI/ML$ concepts in GTM contexts.
