The Opportunity: This a highly strategic, high-impact role, to lead and deliver the end to end CRM & Loyalty strategy, reporting straight to the Head of Digital, whose career has been focused on hyper-growth, internationally trading businesses and will be a best-in-class mentor for your growth & development. You'll partner closely with eCommerce, Digital, wider Brand Marketing & Social/Creative, to deliver & craft campaigns across a loyal customer database, further driving customer engagement, retention & loyalty. This role will be key in shaping and executing customer lifecycle strategies, driving engagement and living and breathing data and insights, eventually leading the development of a newly created Loyalty Program. Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on: Solid experience with delivering high-performing, impactful CRM strategies across multiple channels, particularly EDM, SMS & Push, within the Retail, eCommerce or Consumer sectors A track record in delivering uplift across LTV, CTR & Revenue through owned channels Extensive, indepth technical knowledge of Klaviyo, Yotpo, Emarsys, SFMC or similar platforms Strong data & analytics experience and the ability to identify, interpret & present key insights Exposure to working on, managing or even better, launching Loyalty Programs would be hugely advantageous Strong experience with in-depth customer segmentation work, targeting, and persona frameworks and building out new customer journey flows Cross-functional experience, partnering closely with eCommerce, Digital & Marketing teams alike to deliver cohesive, engaging campaigns in line with the brand identity A strong test-and-learn approach, continuously identifying new areas of opportunity & AB testing The Benefits & Why You'll Love this role: 2 Days WFH, flexi-working hours, Central Sydney CBD office location Working alongside the Head of Digital, with over 15yrs of experience in driving & scaling Digital growth Opportunity to make serious impact, owning the CRM function and managing strategic development Working on a hugely loyal customer database with huge opportunity to expand even further Endless product discounts & product allowances Joining a high-energy, tight knit team with a culture that's built on innovation, collaboration & being one step ahead of the market Working alongside a team of some of the brightest minds in Digital, with wider exposure to eCommerce, Digital & Brand Marketing teams to upskill and grow your knowledge further across the Digital & Marketing mix Excited?
