OFX has been a trusted innovator in global money movement for over 25 years. Purpose of your role We are transitioning into a new phase of global scale. Content is central to that transformation. As Senior Content Manager, you will help define how we tell our story. Not just what we say, but how ideas travel across campaigns, products, channels, and markets. This is a broad-reaching content role sitting at the intersection of brand, customer, product and performance. You will shape positioning, brand narrative, and messaging frameworks, turning research and customer insights into direction for our content team. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bring structure, build scalable content systems, convert insights and build on learnings to drive commercial performance. This role is a 12 month contract. What you will do Lead brand narrative & content strategy. Define and guide our content strategy across core business objectives including demand generation, conversion, lifecycle, onboarding and relationship management. Translate key commercial priorities into content themes and campaigns. Shape our brand positioning and messaging frameworks alongside our Art Director, to drive consistency in the OFX voice and tone. Collaborate closely across Brand, Product Marketing, Creative and Growth teams to support and deliver against marketing-wide strategies. Identify white space and opportunities that create cut-through in a competitive market. Translate research & insights to drive performance. Synthesize customer research, market insights, performance data, and product context into storytelling narratives and content roadmap. Establish measurement frameworks define what success looks like, using data to test, learn and refine approach. Build scalable content systems. Design scalable content frameworks that allow ideas to travel across channels, formats, and markets. Support the production of our end-to-end content strategy: website and conversion pathways, SEO / AEO, product & education, webinars, case studies, social media, influencer, customer lifecycle and thought leadership. Leverage AI to accelerate research, ideation, production, and iteration. Establish content workflows that increase velocity while maintaining quality and strategic intent. Lead, enable & influence. Lead, mentor and develop our content team, setting the bar for high performance, confidence, craft development and strategic thinking. Influence senior stakeholders by translating business objectives and performance insights into strong internal narratives around growth, learnings and opportunities.
