Job Summary Australian Pacific International College (APIC), located at Level 1, 616–620 Harris Street, Ultimo, NSW 2007, is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Full-Time Business Analyst to support the daily operations and continuous improvement of our College. The successful candidate will work closely with academic, administrative, and IT teams to support informed decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness. Job Description Working Hours: 38 hours per week (Full-Time) Annual Leave: 4 weeks per year Salary: $77,000 – $80,000 Superannuation Role Responsibilities Work closely with faculty, administrative staff, and IT teams to understand and document business requirements related to academic programs, student services, and college operations. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather user needs and translate them into clear functional and business requirements. Analyse data from multiple sources, including student enrolments, academic performance, financial records, and institutional benchmarks. Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to present insights and trends to stakeholders for effective decision-making. Review existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements and automation to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and courses through structured data analysis. Collaborate with academic teams to review curriculum design and student engagement outcomes, providing evidence-based recommendations. Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to educational initiatives and system enhancements. Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards, frameworks, and best practices. Work collaboratively across departments to support a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1–2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Experience in reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication abilities.
