The Role This is a permanent full-time opportunity for a driven BDM with strong construction industry experience. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and growing revenue across your territory. Key responsibilities include: Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and key stakeholders Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Developing and executing business development strategies to achieve growth targets Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Reporting on pipeline, sales activity, and performance against targets About You You are a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a relationship-based, fast-paced environment.
