The Opportunity The business entered the Australian market in 2024 through a local distribution partner and is now moving into its next growth phase. The model is simple and proven: One master distributor A growing network of resellers A strong, differentiated product already gaining traction To support this growth, the company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as the local extension of the wider global team. You’ll sit between headquarters and the partner network, making sure resellers are enabled, customers are supported, and the brand is represented consistently in-market.
