About the Role Reporting to the GM of ACM Agri, you will provide strategic leadership for the national agency and key accounts sales teams across VIC and NSW. You will be responsible for driving multi-platform revenue growth and fostering high-level agency relationships. In your first 90 days, you will focus on: Strategic Alignment: Establishing national KPIs and activity benchmarks to ensure the VIC and NSW teams are unified in their sales approach. Revenue Strategy: Identifying and closing revenue gaps through the development of national forecasting and budget allocation strategies. Partnership Transition: Moving tactical agency relationships into high-value strategic partnerships that yield recurring revenue. Team Leadership: Providing role clarity and coaching for your 5 direct reports to foster a high-performance culture. What You’ll Bring Strategic Sales Leadership: Proven experience in developing and executing national sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. Agency Networks: A deep existing network of executive and senior-level relationships across the national agency landscape is ideal. Multi-Platform Expertise: Demonstrated success in selling integrated digital, press, and video solutions. People Management: Experience managing high-performing teams across multiple states (VIC/NSW).
