Job Description We are seeking a motivated and energetic Executive to join our high‑performing Sales team, based in our Melbourne CBD office. This role focuses on CBD and city‑fringe commercial assets and is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in commercial property, who is now looking to accelerate their career with a global brand. In this role, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients while developing a high level of presence across the CBD and city-fringe commercial market. Help identify potential clients and assets for sale. Analyse the sales potential of commercial properties using standard valuation and financial modelling methods. Actively pursue new appointments, nurturing both new and existing relationships to generate ongoing opportunities for Colliers. Coordinate end‑to‑end marketing and sales campaigns, including signboard installation, brochure and advertising preparation, Information Memorandums, video content, and site inspections.
