The Opportunity Australian Regional Insights is the integrated market research division of Australian Community Media (ACM) in Australia, offering a wide range of market research, strategic marketing and agricultural database access for businesses looking to access rural, regional and agricultural Australians. We are looking for expressions of interest to join our pool of casual telephone Market Research Interviewers. This is a market research only position and does not involve sales activities. You would be required to make outbound calls to our community of rural, regional and agricultural Australians to take them through market research surveys over the phone. The role will be in-person, based at our dedicated call centre in Eastwood, South Australia. You will need to be comfortable with computer use, have good grammar and spelling, and have a pleasant and engaging phone manner. Training in research data collection for telephone methodologies will be provided. All shifts are on an ad-hoc casual basis depending on the research projects we have on, with shift lengths generally between 3.5 to 5hrs. The majority of our work is completed Monday to Thursday in the evenings between 4-9 pm - evening availability is essential.
