About the role This role is suited to an experienced Pool Service Technician who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in their work, and values customer relationships. You will run a mobile service round using a company pool van, stocked daily from the warehouse, delivering professional pool servicing, maintenance, and equipment support to a loyal client base. What you will do You will deliver reliable, efficient, and professional pool services while maintaining high safety and presentation standards. You will manage your mobile stock levels, service and maintain equipment, complete service calls using a digital app, coordinate repairs, complete sales orders, and provide accurate reporting. You will also support local area marketing, assist with stocktakes, and participate in ongoing training. What you will bring Proven experience as a Pool Service Technician with strong technical knowledge of pool equipment and products A customer focused approach with strong communication and relationship building skills Sound understanding of OH&S requirements and safe work practices Ability to work independently, manage your day, and problem solve on the go High standards of personal, vehicle, and equipment presentation What's in it for you!
