You will be responsible for the overall smooth delivery of the HRIS implementation at Ubank by coordinating activities and managing the overall the project delivery in accordance with our internal Delivery framework. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of Ubank’s HRIS implementation. Define program scope, KPIs, schedules, milestones, and budgets. Drive program governance including steering committee reporting, stakeholder updates, and risk/issue management. Liaising with both vendors and implementation partners. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and budget. Facilitate communication between vendors, internal teams, and leadership. Identify and mitigate risks (technical, operational, compliance, adoption). Maintain documentation for audit, training, and future reference. Your Experience Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager. Must have experience in implementing full cycle HRIS and Payroll systems like Dayforce, Workday, SuccessFactors or other similar systems Experience with agile and hybrid delivery models (Jira, Confluence). Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working with third parties such as vendors and implementation partners. Banking and financial services experience (advantageous). Tertiary education advantageous Certification in Project Management preferred Why Ubank?
