Support production reporting and management requirements as needed. Manage supplier purchase orders and track end-to-end production progress to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and DIFOT performance. Oversee OPO reporting, item attributes, barcodes, and pack scans to support accurate pricing, planning, and smooth production flow. Monitor bulk production and supplier performance, escalating risks or delays promptly to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate global stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and freight partners, ensuring compliant handovers and documentation. Manage invoice reconciliation, supplier non-compliance reporting, and timely resolution of store enquiries with a customer-focused approach.
