Mazzei Group is seeking an organised and professional Receptionist to provide a consistent front-of-house experience and deliver reliable administrative support across the business. You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and external partners, ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day. About the Role In this position, you will: Provide a professional and welcoming reception service Manage incoming calls, emails and visitor inquiries Maintain the presentation of reception, meeting rooms, kitchen and shared areas Coordinate room bookings, refreshments, catering and visitor access Manage mail, couriers, deliveries and office supplies Support the Executive Assistant with general administrative tasks Follow established office procedures, including opening and closing routines Escalate office or building issues as required Uphold confidentiality, professionalism and Mazzei’s values in all interactions What You’ll Bring Experience in a receptionist or front-of-house position Strong organisational and administrative skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional workspace Confidence interacting with staff, contractors, suppliers and clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience beneficial Who You Are Professional, reliable and consistent in approach Able to work independently and collaboratively Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing needs Proactive and solutions-focused Discreet with confidential information Why Join Us?
