About the Role This is a hands-on opportunity to step into a pivotal HR Administration position during an important HR systems transition. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll play a key role in supporting the implementation of Tanda, ensuring data integrity, accurate system configuration, and a seamless transition for the wider business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with HR systems, thrives on detail and precision, and likes seeing the direct impact of their work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Work extensively within Tanda Upload and migrate historical employee data from the previous HRIS Set up new employee records Assign pay conditions, awards, teams and cost centres Build and configure system rules Merge, validate and clean HR data Support the successful implementation of Tanda Ensure accuracy and compliance across all HR records About You Hands-on experience with Tanda (essential) Previous HRIS implementation or system transition experience highly regarded Strong HR administration background Exceptional attention to detail Confident with data and systems Tech-savvy, organised and proactive Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Our Recruitment Process At Lotus People, we are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
