About the role Due to continued growth, we are looking for a permanent Payroll & Systems Implementation Specialist, to take ownership of their own client portfolio and deliver system implementations of Employment Hero. You will work with client’s internal payroll teams to provide advice, support implementation processes and assist with general HR administration. Your responsibilities include: Provide accurate and timely implementation services to clients Client management of the implementation process and customer success Provide product training and functionality demonstrations to clients Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders Identify risks and issues that may impact the implementation success and deploy mitigation strategies Ensure all implementation reporting and data is accurate and stored securely Configure agreements, awards, and interpretation across clients in various industries General HR Administration Support system and compliance audits, ensuring accuracy with legislation, awards, superannuation, payroll tax etc Payroll Calculations of under payments and overpayments Provide payroll processing advice and support to clients Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Apply Modern Awards and EBAs correctly and confidently Handle client and employee payroll queries professionally and efficiently Stay up to date with legislative and system updates About you An efficient payroll professional with end-to-end payroll experience, you will like solving problems and providing an excellent customer experience. You will also have: 3 years end to end payroll processing experience Demonstrated experience in using Employment Hero Payroll Confident award and EBA interpretation High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
