Due to growth, we have an exciting career opportunity for a highly organised senior administrator to join their growing team as an Executive Assistant. Reporting to the CEO, this role provides the opportunity to work closely with management, the wider team and the chance to make a huge impact during very exciting times within the company. Within this role, you will be responsible for: Work closely with the CEO to assist with general administration, documentation preparation and diary management. Manage accommodation and travel arrangements Prepare agendas, meeting minutes and follow up on actions to ensure outcomes are achieved. Assist with preparation of policy and procedures, various presentations and correspondence. Assist the accounts team with processing accounts payable, accounts receivables, bank reconciliations and monthly invoicing. Prepare client contracts/agreements Coordinate functions and team events Arrange office supplies and uniforms Manage offshore administration team and provide administration support to management and team What we're looking for: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or Senior Administration Finance industry experience (favorable) Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees, clients and other stakeholders Advanced computer skills including keyboard speed and accuracy as well as in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite. Experience with Xero highly favourable.
