Provide expertise in maintenance and engineering business processes Lead or support process mapping, process improvement, and change management activities. Work collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver agreed outcomes within schedule and priority constraints. Support colleagues and contribute positively to team culture, knowledge sharing, and collective success. Essential Criteria: Demonstrated understanding of maintenance and engineering business processes. Proven business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation and solution design. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to operate effectively in secure, regulated environments. Desirable Criteria: Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent continuous improvement qualification. Highly Desirable: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work closely with a diverse team of varying skills to deliver against the outcomes required.
