About the Role As the Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in coordinating construction programs and ensuring projects run efficiently from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining accurate construction schedules Coordinating trades, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Monitoring program progress and proactively resolving clashes or delays Preparing documentation to support construction and procurement processes Liaising closely with site supervisors and office staff to address queries Ensuring schedules align with build targets and company standards What You’ll Bring To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience as a Scheduler within residential construction Strong working knowledge of MS Office and industry software such as Databuild or similar Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail A proactive, team-focused approach with clear communication skills Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available) Interested?
