About the Position This is a lead role that will see you working across many different build types. On a day-to-day basis you’ll: Pull together accurate material take-offs and place orders with suppliers Prepare documentation to support construction and procurement processes Provide cost plans, quotes and variations for upcoming builds Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve queries Deliver accurate project costings and ensure all quantities are correctly coordinated What You’ll Bring To be successful, you’ll already have: Solid experience in estimating (and ideally scheduling) within residential construction Fluency with MS Office software and Truth Engine.
