This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, independent home builder with a strong pipeline of single-storey residential projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring homes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the construction of multiple single-storey homes across the Central Southeast region . Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with Australian building standards. Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure sites adhere to all OH&S and workplace safety regulations. Provide progress updates and resolve on-site challenges efficiently. What You’ll Need: Experience supervising single-storey residential builds. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Knowledge of WA building codes, compliance, and safety regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights.
