What you'll do As the Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment services and advice to a broad range of clients across the Department of Health, while also supporting ongoing recruitment and selection initiatives. Your ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers will be essential as you provide efficient, end-to-end recruitment support, utilising various systems such as Springboard, VADER, and SAP. With a keen and curious mind, along with strong attention to detail and initiative skills, you will contribute to the development of local procedures, strategies and guidelines aimed at streamling HR services. About you We are searching for someone with: High level communication, interpersonal, liaison and consultation skills to work within the framework of a cross-functional matrix structure. Specialist knowledge and experience in the delivery of contemporary recruitment and selection techniques, methodologies, and services. Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships to deliver high end services to a diverse range of clients within a complex organisation. Experience in the provision of HR advice in a complex environment. Experience in the development of correspondence, briefs, reports, procedures and guidelines. Why work with us?
